What litter do you use?
OdourLock, an ultra premium litter made in Canada. Multi-cat strength, unscented, ultra clumping and 99% dust free. Odour control guaranteed for 40 days. Veterinarian approved.
Do you take the used litter away?
No. We only deliver clean litter. You throw out the used litter as usual, following your city’s rules. If you want pickup, tell us when you sign up. That is how we decide what to add next.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No. We leave the bags at your door or wherever you tell us. You get a notice once it is delivered. Nobody comes inside.
What if I run out before the next delivery?
Write to us and we move your delivery up. Then we adjust your frequency so it does not happen again.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, from your account, at no cost. Start it again when you are back.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel whenever you want, with no fee and no explanation needed.
When is the first delivery?
We launch this fall. Sign-ups are served in order. You pick your first date when your plan starts.
What is the surprise treat?
Every delivery includes a treat for your cat at no extra cost. It changes month to month, and we pick products sold in pet stores. Tell us at signup if your cat has allergies or a special diet.
